Shipping Policy

All orders take 5-10 business days processing time before shipping.

Shipping carrier may take 2-3 days for Sydney region to be delivered. Interstate shipping carrier may take take 3-5 days for packages to be delivered.

Local pickup is available only along T1 line (Chatswood to Central) and metro line (Chatswood to Central)

Returns/Exchange

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible as the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Product/Services

Due to hygiene concerns and all custom designs are made to order, therefore we cannot offer returns, or exchanges. Please measure your nails, and double check all purchases before checking out. If there is anything wrong with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
